Kickstarter: 12-Week Clinical Pilates

Reclaim strength, mobility & confidence with 12 weeks of personalised 1:1 Clinical Pilates (in-person or live online Thursdays). Tailored to you, with under-10min home practice.

What ito bring/wear:

Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, sweat towel (optional).

Wear clothes you can comfortably move in. Grip socks or bare feet. Warm layers are recommended to keep you comfortable for warm ups and cool downs.

What is a credit anyway?

One credit is for one class out of each block or challenge.

I try to keep my pricing as fair and clear as possible. So one credit is approximately $100
