RECLAIM: A Beginner Dance Series

A 4-week beginner dance series in Invercargill for women ready to move with confidence. 4 x 45min classes blending jazz, barre & contemporary. No pressure. Your space to reconnect, sweat and smile. Optional filmed finale. Limited spots. Non-refundable. Drop-ins only if class isn't full.

What ito bring/wear:

Water bottle, sweat towel (optional).

Wear clothes you can comfortably move in. Dance shoes if you have them lying around. Grip socks or bare feet.

From the Floor Up — Live Foot & Toe Control Workshop

In this 60‑minute workshop, I’m going to guide you through the core drills from From the Floor Up. Live, together, with real‑time feedback and answers to your foot questions.
