DO IT FOR YOU! Join me for 6 workouts to pump up your energy, maximize your strength and feel fantastic.

Haven't done Barre before? No worries. You'll feel like a pro by the end of your first class.

What ito bring/wear:

Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, sweat towel (optional).

Wear clothes you can comfortably move in. Grip socks or bare feet. Warm layers are recommended to keep you comfortable for warm ups and cool downs.

What is a credit anyway?

One credit is for one class out of each block or challenge.

I try to keep my pricing as fair and clear as possible. So one credit is approximately $25
