What to bring or wear:
Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a sweat towel if you like. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Grip socks or bare feet are fine. Warm layers help for warm ups and cool downs.
What is a credit?
One credit equals one class in any block or challenge.
Credits are usually $30 each when you buy a 4-week package or $27.50 per class with a 4-weekly subscription. Drop-in classes are $35 per session.
Pricing is always clear and fair. No hidden fees, just straightforward value for every class.
