Feel the Rhythm Again: Join RECLAIM

A beginner dance class for the woman who’s done performing—and is ready to feel again.

Hey lovely. I know that stomach-drop moment when someone says, “Come dance!” and you freeze. You’re not broken—you just haven’t had a space to remember how good movement can feel.

This isn’t about performing. It’s about reclaiming—your rhythm, your radiance, your right to move freely again.

Who It's For

  • You used to love to move—or at least dreamed about it.

  • But after burnout, babies, breakups or just life... that confidence faded.

  • You’ve whispered “I wish I could dance” but felt too rusty to try.

  • You crave movement that’s joyful, not punishing.

  • You want to feel sensual, grounded, and alive again.

You don’t need a dancer’s body. You need a place to begin. This is it.

🧡 All gender identities welcome. This is a femme-led, heels-welcoming space rooted in celebration—not performance. If you vibe with that, you’re welcome here.

Meet Camelle

Your guide to moving like you again

You don’t need to be a dancer to reclaim your rhythm. You just need the right invitation.

I’ve been where you are.

In 2012, three weeks out from a performance in Singapore, my body quit on me. Heart issues, burnout, too much cardio. I stopped moving completely for two years. Not because I didn’t want to—but because I didn’t trust my body anymore.

Then I found a different way back.

It wasn’t punishment. It wasn't hustle. It was Barre. And then Pilates. And then dance—but this time, on my terms.

This is the movement I built for women like you.

Women returning after time away. Women craving flow, power, and joy without the pressure. Women who are done being told their bodies are problems to fix.

Through Reclaim Dance, I’ll help you reconnect with your body in a way that feels strong, feminine, expressive—and yes, a little cheeky too. Because you don’t need perfect pirouettes. You just need to feel something shift.

Let’s reclaim what movement was always meant to be: a homecoming.
